Pick a Class

Our Multi Award winning classes are delivered in a relaxed and comfortable style and give you confidence to know what actions to take if faced with a medical emergency.

Mini First Aid Highlands & Moray offers a range of classes across the North of Scotland for all the family; parents, grandparents, carers and for children as young as three years old, training them in basic and life-saving first aid. Our kids classes can be delivered in schools, nurseries and private groups.

We also offer a range of full qualification courses in Paediatric First Aid and First Aid At Work. We can run first aid training in house for a group of employees in Inverness, The Black Isle, Tain, Nairn, Elgin, Moray and surrounding areas.

Our NEW Paediatric First Aid - Outdoor Learning course includes looking at outside scenarios and is particularly well suited to Forest School practitioners and those providing outdoor learning.

Meet The Trainers

Kayleigh McDine

Hi, I’m Kayleigh and I am the owner and trainer of Mini First Aid Highlands & Moray. This uses my experience as a swimming teacher, and own parenting experiences, to help teach others to save lives. It’s a frightening experience when your little one is poorly or injured, however our friendly team and relaxed classes aim to give you the skills and confidence to deal with a first aid situation.

Jamie Dawson

Jamie has first hand experience in dealing with medical emergencies as a experienced workplace first aider and emergency responder as a retained firefighter. Jamie understands the importance of having basic first aid skills to deal with an emergency, as well as the confidence to use them should the situation arise. Jamie enjoys teaching and training people having worked as a Emergency Medical Technician and is keen to share his knowledge and skills in an informal, informative and enjoyable class.

Michelle Thomson

Michelle is a Paediatric Nurse and local mum of two. Michelle is passionate about all things First Aid and CPR and has drawn from her knowledge and experience as a nurse, and as a parent, to help others learn these valuable life skills.

Sarah Phillips

Sarah has a wealth of experience delivering training to many industries from construction to childcare. Sarah worked for a large international training provider, before joining the Mini First Aid Family. Sarah believes that first aid is a lifelong skill that would benefit everyone to have even just a basic understanding of what to do in an emergency. You just never know when it might come to use.
